What we've shipped, and what's next.

An honest view of where Freedom Wallet is going. Plans move, dates slip, and some ideas get dropped. When that happens, this page changes.

  1. Q2 2026

    Apr - Jun 2026

Freedom Wallet arrived on desktop, with three networks, swaps and private payroll.
    • Shipped:

      Freedom Wallet on desktop

One download each for macOS, Windows and Linux, straight from the site.

    • Shipped:

      Zano, fUSD and Monero

Private sends and receives on Zano and Monero, plus fUSD, the stable dollar that lives on the Zano chain.

    • Shipped:

      Atomic and external swaps

Trade between the networks at live rates. Atomic swaps settle on-chain, and external providers cover the pairs they cannot.

    • Shipped:

      Contact book

Save the people you pay under a name, so sending never means pasting an address again.

    • Shipped:

      Payment requests

Ask for an exact amount with a link or a QR code, and let the payer scan it.

    • Shipped:

      Private payroll for fUSD

Pay a whole team from one wallet in fUSD, with the amounts and the recipients kept confidential.

  2. Q3 2026

    Jul - Sep 2026

Four more networks, and the wallet arriving on phones.
    • Shipped:

      Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens

ETH and any ERC-20 token, USDT and USDC included, all under one seed phrase.

    • Shipped:

      Bitcoin

Send and receive BTC, or hand out a Direct Deposit address and have what arrives land as fUSD.

    • Shipped: Shared transaction notes

Notes you write on one device appear on every device that holds the wallet, sealed end to end.

    • Shipped:

      Freedom Wallet on iOS

Zano, fUSD and Monero on iPhone, from the App Store.

    • In progress:

      TRON

Send and receive TRX, the network most USDT transfers move over.

    • In progress:

      Bitcoin Cash

Holding and spending BCH directly, instead of only auto-converting it into fUSD on arrival.

    • In progress:

      Freedom Wallet on Android

The Android app, the one platform Freedom Wallet still lacks.

    • Planned:

      Zano dApp browser on mobile

A browser inside the iPhone and Android apps, so Zano Companion can sign into dApps from a phone.

  3. Q4 2026

    Oct - Dec 2026

A card for spending, rewards on what you hold, and six more coins on mobile.
    • Planned:

      Mastercard crypto card

A card that spends from your wallet balance anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

    • Planned:

      Merchant mode

A view built around taking payments from customers rather than sending them.

    • Planned:

      Rebuilt desktop interface

A pass over the layout and navigation of the desktop app, so the screens people use most are quicker to reach.

    • Planned:

      Six more coins on mobile

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, TRON, Litecoin and Zcash on iPhone and Android.

    • Planned:

      Paper wallet generator

Create a wallet you can print and keep offline, away from any device.

    • Planned:

      Zano shared staking

Stake any amount of ZANO from your phone and earn rewards, without running a full node.

    • Planned:

      Rewards on stablecoins

Earn on stablecoin balances held in the wallet, starting with USDT and USDC.

  4. Q1 2027

    Jan - Mar 2027

Tor routing, one unlock for every wallet, and a username instead of an address.
    • Planned:

      Unified wallet unlock

Open every wallet on the device with a single unlock, rather than one at a time.

    • Planned:

      Tor routing

Route wallet traffic over Tor, so the nodes it talks to never see your IP address.

    • Planned:

      Portfolio analytics

A breakdown of what you hold and how its value has moved over time.

    • Planned:

      Universal receive with usernames

Hand out one Freedom Wallet username and receive any supported coin to it, with no addresses to copy.

  5. Q2 2027

    Apr - Jun 2027
